SyntexDev is a web development and technology agency specialising in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom plugin development, website migrations, integrations, and performance optimisation. We work with businesses and agencies internationally to build, improve, and maintain high-quality digital solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and build long-term relationships with businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, online directories, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels.
  • Generate qualified leads for web development, eCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom software services.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Research prospects to understand their business, challenges, and technology requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline. Client Communication
  • Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and identify suitable SyntexDev services.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Research new markets, industries, businesses, and potential opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify emerging trends in eCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, AI, SaaS, and web technologies.
  • Develop new strategies for acquiring international clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Experience with international clients is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling web development, software development, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or digital services is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead-generation tools.

  • Qualified leads generated per month.
  • Number of discovery calls booked.
  • Proposal/quotation conversion rate.
  • New clients acquired.
  • Monthly sales/revenue generated.
